Grill'd

Coming home to Australia is always kind of bummy because we just don't do restaurants like other countries. Nonetheless, one that wasn't too far off is a burger place called Grill'd.
I've heard SO many people talk about this place, but because I'm not one to eat out too often, I'd never really tried it out. Until now.

 Drinks!
 Shirley wirley being all curly.

We got the sliders. Pat ordered ones with wasabi & just a normal cheeseburger. It was really good! Burgers are always good.

Burger time. I can't remember which was Pat's and which was Shirley's...

I ordered the pomegranate salad. I wasn't feeling the burgers in the moment (shock horror!) and the pomegranate seeds, quinoa & goat's cheese just really spoke to me. It was delicious, but something I could make at home, let's be honest.

Grill'd was good. It's nothing fancy - but a good place to eat out if you're just looking to take a break from cooking and want a solid, fool-proof choice of restaurant.

  1. Grill'd is good for when you don't feel like being fancy but don't want to go to McDonalds, haha. I didn't even realise they had salads, I always get the same chicken burger!

    1. Exactly! They only have one chicken burger right? If so, I was deliberating between that and the salad as well! Haha!

  3. I've never heard of Grill'd before (maybe cos I live in England!) but the food looks yummy! It looks like one of them places you would go if you want a meal out and can't be bothered to cook but don't want anything to fancy or overpriced!

    1. Exactly, exactly! Although I've heard about the food the city of London has to offer and I don't feel like we are quite on par over here..

  6. I love Grill'd and their veggie burgers, sometimes us vegetarians want to have a good hearty burger too!

I know what you mean about Australia though! You have to really look for the gems when eating out :)

  7. I've only been to Grill'd twice and I did quite like it. Although my boyfriend works at Grill'd so we never end up eating it because he is sick of eating it twice a week during his shift!

  8. There's so many of the gourmet burger joints popping around, but Grill'd is definitely the best one out there that I've seen so far! Last time I went, the burgers were yummy, but the standout for me was actually the chips haha (I mean their salt mixed with whatever is so so good)! :) Great post :)
